Nun denn. Womöglich erwähnte ich ja bereits hie und da die auf reinen finanziellen Gewinn und perfiden, da scheinbar unendlichen Wachstum getrimmte, geradezu rigorose Ausbeutung unseres eigenen kleinen Planeten. Jedoch geizte ich zugegebenermaßen bis dato mit reellen Zahlen respektive harten Fakten ob dieser globalen Turbomassenproduktion diverser Güter sowie Rohstoffe. Dies soll nun jedoch im Folgenden dank energischer Recherchen auf der deutschen sowie englischsprachigen Wikipedia in Form schnieker, staubtrockener Tabellen nachgeholt werden.
Auf einen Blick kann nun ersehen werden, wie viele Millionen und Abermillionen Tonnen nachwachsender, natürlicher sowie tierischer Produkte global im Zeitraum jeweils eines Jahres produziert wurden. Und – in Hinsicht auf die nun einmal begrenzten natürlichen Ressourcen – welche teils lediglich marginalen Reserven Selbiger unser Planet noch auf der hohen Kante lagert. Voilà: es folgen fiese Zahlen – selbstredend mit Vorsicht zu genießen, da die meisten der Wikipedia entnommenen Daten auf Schätzungen von Institutionen wie der Ernährungs- und Landwirtschaftsorganisation der Vereinten Nationen (FAO) oder auch der Internationalen Mineralogischen Vereinigung (IMA) basieren.
